Tube Fittings

Since year 2007, VHPL is engaged into Tube Fittings products and in offering a variety of Threads & Ferrule Fittings as per DIN / IS / ASTM / SAE and other relevant industry standards. Tube fittings are interchangeable with other manufacturers sub parts which has unique advantage of using "Armko Pipe Fittings (I) Pvt . Ltd" products. Tube fittings are designed as per standard norms / design / drawings / dimensions which have 100% guarantee for its application. Tube fittings categories are so many in the product range of VHPL and few of them are – Single ferrule bite type Tube fittings , Twin Ferrule Tube Fittings, Threaded type Tube Fittings, Socket Weld type Tube fittings, Weld nipple type Tube Fittings. Tube Fittings are available in various Materials of constructions like Carbon Steel, EN1A, IS1018, IS2062 grades, Stainless steel grades 304, 316 and Brass.

Hydraulic Fittings

  • Single ferrule fittings are widely used for Hydraulic applications such as Hydraulic Power packs, Hydraulic press, Hydraulic Jack, Hydraulic operated cranes, Hydraulic machines so such fittings are also known as hydraulic fittings.
  • Hydraulic fittings are available in Steel, Stainless steel and Brass materials.
  • Hydraulic fittings are available in various types such as Union Equal Couplings, Elbow fittings, Tee fittings, Banjo fittings , Bulkhead fittings, Vsti plugs , Male stud couplings , Female couplings, Kross fittings.
  • Hydraulic fittings are available in Light duty & Heavy duty series sizes range from 6 mm od till 42 mm od.
  • Hydraulic fittings are used with seamless tubes with proper biting technology so that there will not be any chance of leakage of oils in the piping systems.

Din 2353 Fittings

  • Single ferrule fittings are designed and manufactured as per DIN 2353 standard so they are widely called as DIN 2353 fittings.
  • DIN 2353 fittings are widely used for piping systems of Hydraulic seamless tube biting application where seamless tubes are grip with Ferrule ring while tightening the nut on fitting body.
  • DIN 2353 fittings are available in various materials like Carbon steel , Stainless steel 304 ,316 and Brass.
  • DIN 2353 fittings are available in Light duty & Heavy Duty type with W.P. up to 630 bar respectively.
  • DIN 2353 fittings are available in Metric threads with combination of stud end in Metric , BSPP , BSPT,NPT,UNF and sizes are range from 6 mm od till 42mm od and 1/8" till 2" .
  • DIN 2353 fittings are available in Inch OD and Inch NB series where we can have use of Ferrule ring as well as Weld nipple too.

  • Tee fittings are mainly used where tube connections are required to place at both side 90 degree angle in the piping systems.
  • Tee fittings are available in various types of threads like – Metric, BSPP, BSPT, NPT, UNF , Inch od ,Inch NB
  • Tee fittings are available in various types of Materials such as Carbon Steel, StainessSteel , Brass.
  • Tee fittings are available in various sizes like – 6 mm od till 42 mm od , 1/8 inch till 2 " with various thread combinations.

  • Single Ferrule fittings and accessories (Three Series)are manufactured in accordance with DIN 2353 for fluid application.
  • The three components of Single Ferrule Fittings are designed to produce a strong, reliable, leak-free joint upon proper assembly.
  • Single ferrule fittings are best suited for steel, copper or stainless steel tubes where brazing, soldering, welding, flaring or threading is not possible or permissible.
